Terms & Conditions for lixhot8 Platform Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between lixhot8 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the User," or "the Player") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the lixhot8 website and its associated pages.

By completing the lixhot8 registration process, logging into an existing account, or simply browsing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional conditions, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide any documentation reasonably requested, including a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, driver's license, or UMID).

All financial transactions on lixhot8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). lixhot8 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the lixhot8 account holder. lixhot8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays.

lixhot8 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which lixhot8 accepts no responsibility. • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.

• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the lixhot8 platform, its software, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

lixhot8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We believe that gaming should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of financial hardship, stress, or personal harm. All content on the lixhot8 platform — including but not limited to the lixhot8 brand name, logo, visual design, game graphics, software, text, promotional materials, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of lixhot8 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the lixhot8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any lixhot8 content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any lixhot8 content.
• Use any lixhot8 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

Any unauthorized use of lixhot8 intellectual property may result in legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lixhot8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the lixhot8 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, content, or promotional material published on the platform.
• Losses resulting from game outcomes, which are determined by certified RNG systems and are inherently subject to chance.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or other third-party financial institution.

lixhot8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lixhot8 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lixhot8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on lixhot8, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data, subject to lixhot8's legal obligations to retain certain records under PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

lixhot8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lixhot8 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the lixhot8 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account and the withdrawal of any remaining balance.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. lixhot8 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the lixhot8 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
